Beery Elsner & Hammond has extensive experience dealing with legal issues that pertain to the planning, construction, and operation of water treatment plants, intake, storage, and transmission facilities. Representative projects include the Canby Utility Board, North Clackamas County Water Commission, City of Sandy, Sunrise Water Authority, City of West Linn, City of Sherwood, City of Warrenton and the South Fork Water Board.

BEH also has experience representing municipal electric utilities in a variety of areas, including transmission, distribution, and substations, territorial allocation of service territories, power supply contracting, litigation, rate studies, legislative drafting, and contracting. Representative clients include Canby Utility Board, Monmouth Power & Light, City of Brookings, Oregon Municipal Electrical Utilities, and the League of Oregon Cities.
