Paul C. Elsner, Partner, has 26 years of experience in local government law with significant experience in property acquisition, municipal finance, code enforcement and codification, civil forfeiture, litigation and appellate practice, liability and risk management. He has served as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Portland and Assistant General Counsel for the Port of Portland.
Paul and his wife and law partner Pam Beery share their southwest Portland home with two Irish Setters, an English Cocker Spaniel and two cats. Their son Christopher attends the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, which means that Paul's clients can count on him to continue practicing law for many years to come. Paul enjoys fly fishing and restoring his 1965 Austin Healey Mark III, and is an avid jazz aficionado.
