Pamela Beery
Pamela J. Beery, Partner, has 31 years of experience representing the interests of local governments. Her two specialty practice areas are land use and telecommunications law. She is a respected expert in these areas, and handles land use and telecommunications law matters for cities and counties at all levels from development review and local hearings through appeals at the Land Use Board of Appeals, the Oregon Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, the US District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Three Irish Setters and an English Cocker spaniel share Pam's home with husband and law partner Paul Elsner. The Cocker is four years old and you will meet her when you visit the BEH offices, as Fiona is the office dog. Fiona specializes in calming tense clients and softening up litigation opponents when she is not snoozing or recycling office paper products.
