Nancy L. Werner, Associate, focuses on general municipal law, telecommunications law and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked on telecommunications and right-of-way issues for the City of Tigard and was a litigator at several large law firms, representing clients on a wide range of issues in state and federal court.
Nancy is married to David Hyser and they are expecting their first child in July, 2007. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys reading, fly fishing and hoping maybe this will be the year for the Chicago Cubs.
