Nancy Werner

Nancy L. Werner, Associate, focuses on general municipal law, telecommunications law and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked on telecommunications and right-of-way issues for the City of Tigard and was a litigator at several large law firms, representing clients on a wide range of issues in state and federal court.

Nancy is married to David Hyser. They have a beautiful daughter, Elsa, and a handsome new son named Emmett, who arrived in October 2009. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys reading, fly fishing and hoping maybe this will be the year for the Chicago Cubs.
