Nancy Werner

Nancy L. Werner, Associate, focuses on general municipal law, telecommunications law and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked on telecommunications and right-of-way issues for the City of Tigard and was a litigator at several large law firms, representing clients on a wide range of issues in state and federal court.

In 2012, Nancy relocated to the Chicago area with her family in support of her husband’s promotion with a Chicago-based company.  Although physically located in Illinois, Nancy continues her employment with BEH and her provision of outstanding legal services for BEH clients by telecommuting. 

Nancy is married to David Hyser. They have a beautiful daughter, Elsa, and a handsome son named Emmett.  In her spare time, Nancy enjoys reading, fly fishing and hoping maybe this will be the year for the Chicago Cubs.
