John H. "Jack" Hammond, Of Counsel, is a 4th generation Clackamas County lawyer. Jack has practiced municipal law since 1973 when he left active duty as an Army JAG Officer. He retired from the Army Reserves in 1996. Jack's specialty is municipal utilities. His first love (other than his wife Sue) is water law and water projects. He has drafted a significant number of municipal water statutes.
Jack and his wife Sue live near Elliot Prairie between Canby and Molalla (near the Tulip Fields). Both are intrepid fly fishers and gardeners. Other hobbies include yoga and running. Jack is also quite active in a variety of nonprofit activities in Clackamas County.
